Cancellations MUST be received by 9th May 2012

Anyone playing the morning round will be having a late PM tee off for comfort.

Members are reminded that you are assumed to be playing & staying for dinner unless we are advised. There are limited places for guests.

Please inform me with guest’s dietary request and their handicap.

Members not giving seven days notice would have to pay the FULL cost of the outing.

Last years winner is reminded to POLISH & ENGRAVE the TROPHY and BRING it on the day, or a fine of £50.00 will be charged.

Guest’s payment must be made prior to the outing to the Treasurer. Junior players (guests or members children) are those who are in full time education.
