Members are reminded that you are assumed to be playing & staying for dinner unless we are advised. There are limited places for guests. Only Soft Spikes will be allowed on the day. please inform your guests accordingly.

Members not giving seven days notice would have to pay the FULL cost of the outing.
Last years winner is reminded to POLISH & ENGRAVE the TROPHY and BRING it on the day, or a fine of £50.00 will be charged.
Guest’s payment must be made prior to the outing to the Treasurer.
